Had a girl cut my hair very unprofessional took 2 and half hours cut far too much off was very disappointed later found our she was a trainee and had no idea how to cut hair I got a refund but my hair is far too short il never go again had me in tears ..I was assured she knew how to cut hair prior to my app but I had to show her myself as she had no idea and she admitted it half way through cutting I wouldn't have gone if I k we she was a trainee and not qualified .....terrible experience wouldn't like anyone to go through this
