Called in with buckled wheel and broken spoke. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
One star is one too many. UTTERLY USELESS. Phoned up to see if my bike was ready, they said it was, and when I got there it was'nt. When I complained, the manager advised me to take it somewhere else. Took the bike out and it was exactly the same as when I took it in. apparently they struggle with hydraulic disc brakes. These people are chancers. PS, someone else was in there with exactly the same complaint.
