this has been my second purchase from Poolfoot and wont be my last. my first was a range rover sport which i had for just short of 3 years and i could not fault the service i received. The car has given me 3 yrs hassle free driving and for a range rover that is very good. i have been that impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of all the staff i have been back and traded in for a newer range rover and believe i got a great deal on my px (wiped the floor with we buy any car) and am more than pleased with my new vehicle. Absolutely and utterly disgusted with LANCE poor customer service skills has no respect for his potential customers. I have no idea how this family business has lasted 30 years. Take your hard earned money to a dealer who at least knows customer etiquette. Besides from the sheer rudeness and lies he is a poor businessman. Im so glad I checked the reviews before giving this weasel my money. Do yourself a favour and stay well away!!!
