Healthcare from my doctor and the nurses is excellent (hence the 4 stars). I do however have problems with some (and I stress only some) of your admin staff and your 'computer says no' attitude. When there is a problem that your practice is clearly at fault in, your admin staff should never push it back on the customer. I appreciate you are very busy, but not being helpful only creates more trouble down the line. Also try to remember: an apology for messing someone around goes a long way too. And please! Please! Please! Fix your phone system. The practice phone pre-amble says press 2 when I call for a prescription, I press 2 every time and every time I get put through to someone who moans at me for coming through to appointments. Again pushing you're faults back on the customer.

Not even going to give 1 star my mums nurse phoned for a doctor to come out and see my mum,she has severe COPD and a heart Aneurysm,shez been poorly for a few days and the nurse wanted to make sure she was ok now bear in mind shes been fainting and when she stands is constantly dizzy,just received a call from a very abrupt receptionists asking can Mum get to the doctors uf she could I would of already took her then she goez in to say well if you can go on holiday you can come to the doctors,firstly my mum didnt go on holiday she went to my brothers so he could look after her and secondly it isnt anything to do with the receptionists were my mum goes its got absolutely nothing to do with her and considering shez been home 10 days how can she decide if shes well enough its discraceful.
Best healthcare team i've ever come across. Genuine and friendly. From the doctors to the pharmacy to the walk in centre and mental health care team. Would definitely recommend.
By far the best care I've ever had in my life. My gp is incredible and goes above and beyond her duty to help me. All staff are polite and helpful even with me having very complex health needs they are extremely accommodating.
