Absolutely awful. I took two items of clothing in to get cleaned. A week later I returned only to find that had they forgotten to clean one of the items.I had some money in my wallet so paid for them. The lady told me to leave it another week. I returned a week later to pick up the items and informed the lady that had already paid for them. she turned on me saying that i definetely had not paid for them. As i had not asked for a receipt it was my word against hers. The next 15 miniutes became very heated and i became very upset. As i already paid 21 I was not taking this lying down.To get my clothes back i had to pay again.This lady was extremely rude making out I was a liar, afterwards saying never to come in the shop again, needless to say I would never go back there again. Worst experience I have had getting my clothes cleaned
