Completely useless! Do NOT use them as an Amazon Collect+ point, as Yodel will no longer deliver to them (although they still show on Amazon as a Collect+ point) as their PayPoint account has been cut off. Not entirely sure what PayPoint has to do with an Amazon order - I phoned the shop, but the person who answered was unable to answer my questions due to lack of language skills.My Xmas order has now been returned to Amazon, who wont re-direct to another address, so my order has had to be cancelled, my money refunded and I have to re-order in three days. This took over an hour and caused considerable inconvenience! My order will also now not be delivered before Xmas.I previously visited the shop last week to buy some cigarettes for a colleague. None of the customer facing staff had a remotely adequate command of English, they didnt have the cigarettes I wanted (Lambert & Butler, nothing exotic) and in the end I went to Spar round the corner.All in all, a shop to be avoided - not even worth half a star!And, ......although there is a website given on their Google page, it doesnt exist....
