Very good chippy! pie or pudding special for 3.95 is a winner! But now an update to my original review...I Visited this chippy around 1900 hours on 04/01/2019 and ordered the XL haddock chips and peas. Now to be fair the chips were great as we're the peas. But oh dear the fish was awful and the smell of bad fish is still in the car as I write this 16/01/2019 it didn't have any taste so could have been any type of fish (I only ever have haddock or halibut, so I do know what it is meant to taste like) and had a slimy texture. I know I should have took it back and complain but had got back home and didn't want to go all the way back. So to round off won't be having fish there again but will stick with the pie/ pudding special. Hope the fish is a one off! But not willing to take the risk. If anybody else has had a bad experience probably best to let them know.
Excellent chips and a beautifully cooked piece of hake. Staff were very pleasant but my bill had an error in it. This was quickly corrected.
Fantastic staff, serving absolutely mammoth portions at a great price. I can't praise the Granada highly enough. Not only did they phone to make sure we were still coming but they waited patiently for our party when we were delayed by Blackpool traffic without a word of complaint and still served up fresh meals for 15 in no time at all! I wouldn't hesitate in taking another party back there!
What a wonderfully clean, well presented and tasty menu chippy. We always visit when at Blackpool for the lights. Great service and great food to a high standard. Well worth a visit
