Brilliant afternoon spent with the animals and really well informed staff.
Friendly service, good range of real ale, food prices ok but beer a bit pricey. Food good but cold plates.
Went to The Mount Pub for a meal with family and friends, the food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly as well. The three courses deal is very good, and I will sure come back and I highly recommend.
Spacious and well-maintained with friendly, chatty staff and pretty good (though not cheap) food. Choice of beers is OK. Some good ales, but depends on what the brewery is currently promoting. I like the fact that customers have the choice between a dining area, a general bar area and a games area. Each has a different atmosphere. When the pub is full, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. When less busy it can feel a little forlorn. Great in the summer for sitting outside, facing the sea and watching the sun set.
Always a brilliant Sunday lunch, fresh cooked everything, great portions and extra gravy too! Normal food is also good and the service is quick and friendly.Recommended.
